At  East Spain Property Sales we are known for our first class before and after sales service. We can help and arrange the following for you saving both valuable time and the stress of trying to navigate your way around the infamous Spanish  "paperwork" system.

NIE number - A must before you can even think to purchase a property, obtain a mortgage or open a bank account

Residence permits

Padron - You are required by the local town hall to be included on the "pardon" ( a listing of the people within the area ). This is a very important document because the monies that are given to the village/ town from the central government is based on the number of people listed on this registration.

Transfer of utilities into your name ( water, electricity, gas , telephone, local property tax etc etc )

Car registration - Either the transfer of your foreign car to Spanish plates or help with the purchase of a Spanish car.

Driving licence - Help to change your licence to a Spanish one.

Wills, probate and power of attorney - Working closely with a local Spanish lawyer help with these issues and any other legal requirements.

Bank accounts - the setting up of a bank account and help with any money transfers between countries.

Schools, doctors and dentist - Help with registering with any of these bodies.
